Whereas:
Medical Gender "Transition," the use of Puberty Blockers, and form-altering surgeries upon children result in permanent changes; and

Whereas:
Any person under the age of 18 is too young to CONSENT to any life-altering course of action -- such as sterility; and

Whereas:
Permanently harming a child is universally held to be Child Abuse under every legal code; and

Whereas:
The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services has officially determined that genital mutilation upon a minor in the pursuit of "gender transitioning" constitutes illegal Child Abuse;

Therefore:
I implore you to take action immediately to classify medical "gender transition" on children to be Child Abuse in your state.
