Petition to Stop the

Equal Rights Amendment

Whereas:
It is the God-given right of every American to raise their family, espouse their religious beliefs, and operate their business according to the values that they so choose; and

Whereas:
The ERA will destroy the very definition of gender and strip legal protections from women and children; and

Whereas:
If the ERA is revived, it would give Constitutional rights to trample over Americans who oppose the radical Homosexual Agenda, while granting "protected class" status to transgenders, homosexuals, and pedophiles; and

Whereas:
Supporting the revival of the ERA counters conservative principles that the majority of Americans espouse, and is unacceptable to conservative American citizens; and

Whereas:
The Equal Rights Amendment in any form advances the Agenda of the radical Homosexual Lobby.

Therefore:
I fully oppose the Equal Rights Amendment and condemn plans to illegally add it to the U.S. Constitution by any means other than those spelled out in the Constitution.
