Whereas:
The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution guarantees and protects the Religious Liberty of the American people; and

Whereas:
The Homosexual Lobby is attempting to punish and even silence any university who speaks out against the radical Homosexual Agenda; and

Whereas:
Religious universities have already been threatened, harassed or attacked for publicly opposing the political agenda of the Homosexual Lobby on campus grounds; and

Whereas:
The PROSPER Act would end the laws that are stopping religious universities and student organization from freely practicing their faith;

Therefore:
As your constituent, I hereby request and insist that you fully support H.R. 4508, the PROSPER Act, to restore the rights of Christians.
