Whereas:   The Supreme Court has no Constitutional authority to dictate homosexual “marriage” to states; and
Whereas:   Real Marriage and the family unit are both God's divine order and the foundational basis of American society; and
Whereas:   The “Restrain the Judges on Marriage Act” enforces Congress’ authority to set the jurisdiction of federal courts; and
Whereas:   This bill defends states with laws protecting Real Marriage between one man and one woman;
Therefore: I urge my Senators and Representative to cosponsor and support a floor vote for H.R. 1968, the “Restrain the Judges on Marriage Act.”
