It's Time for North Carolina to Take a Stand!

Dear friend,

I need your help.

On July 10, Senator Kay Hagan voted to move the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (S. 815) -- better known as the Gay Bill of Special Rights -- out of Committee and before the full Senate.

And she is pledged to vote it into law!

The Gay Bill of Special Rights (S. 815) will create a federal labyrinth of employment regulations that will force employers -- even if they have religious objections -- to give homosexuals and transgenders special hiring preferences.

Anyone who refuses to make their business, school, or church very "gay-friendly" will face crippling fines and maybe even jail time.

Kay Hagan is supporting pro-homosexual S.815 despite her state's strong opposition to homosexual "marriage."

Even though fellow North Carolina senator, Richard Burr, is fully opposed to it.

On March 27th, Kay Hagan became the latest senator to endorse the redefining of marriage to include man and man, or woman and woman "marriages."

And just the next day, the Huffington Post reported that she received a major payout by homosexual activists in North Carolina.

It doesn't seem like Kay Hagan is interested in representing the moral values of the majority of her constituents.

Instead she is supporting the Homosexual Lobby's S.815, a top priority bill for Obama, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid.

Senator Hagan's endorsement of the Gay Bill of Special Rights (S. 815) is unacceptable.

That's why I need you to sign the petition below, demanding that Senator Hagan reverse her support for S. 815!

For the Family,

HON. EUGENE DELGAUDIO
President, Public Advocate of the United States

Petition of Redress to:

Senator Kay Hagan

Whereas:   The Gay Bill of Special Rights (S. 815) tramples the Constitutional Rights of Americans who oppose the radical Homosexual Agenda, while granting "protected class" status to sexual deviants; and
Whereas:   The Gay Bill of Special Rights (S. 815) threatens the religious freedoms of private businesses and religious institutions who seek to uphold traditional morality in their hiring practices and everyday operations; and
Whereas:   Your support for S. 815 runs counter to the conservative principles you espouse, and is unacceptable to conservative North Carolina citizens; and
Whereas:   Your support for the Gay Bill of Special Rights (S. 815) advances the agenda of President Obama, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi.
Therefore: As your constituent, I request that you recant your support for S. 815 "The Gay Bill of Special Rights" and make every effort to see it defeated in the U.S. Senate.
Please submit the information below to sign the petition.
