Petition to Congressional Leadership
Stop Thought Control in Conference Committee

Whereas: Thought Control has been tacked onto the Defense Authorization Act, an important piece of "must-pass" legislation; and

Whereas: The Defense Authorization Act is likely to pass when it comes up for a final vote, with or without Thought Control included; and

Whereas: There is still time to remove the destructive Thought Control Amendment while the bill is in Conference Committee;

Therefore: I urge you to order the members of the Conference Committee to ensure that Thought Control is stripped from the Defense Authorization Act.
